We are happy you are here and hope you stay to look around. While our group has been making fine furniture for many years, this site is an update for us and hence still being filled with images and information. We apologize if you find something missing and welcome any questions via email. Whether you would like us to create your own furniture designs, make a change to something you saw elsewhere, or purchase a fine reproduction, our staff is ready, willing and able to create for you the finest custom, hand made furniture at a fantastic price. We manufacture everything in our Indonesian factory under the supervision of our friendly relocated South Carolina USA native Glenn. Glenn is our highly experience design and production supervisor and will ensure each day that your vision is carried out in perfect detail. Why Indonesia? Good question. That is were the wood is for one. We ONLY use %100 Certified Government Plantation Grown wood. It is milled and prepared to our specifications before we begin crafting your designs. This is not mass produced product but "past" produced, in that we only use ancient and historically correct methods of production. This results in a look and feel that you will find in no catalog or store front. Do you want the best woods from a sustainable plantation system? Do you want the most experienced hands shaping your beautiful creations? Are you willing to accept a fair price for construction and shipping? If you can say "yes!" to these questions then we will become fast friends. There is no minimum order, yet the greatest efficiency comes from filling at least a 20ft if not a 40ft container for the boat ride to you. Do not let that discourage you however as we do plenty of business under the LCL heading, meaning that if you have a small order, it receives the same degree of care in creation and shipping. Never imported something? Trust me, you can! It is how I started in the first place. It is easy and any homeowner of business person can do it. You will place your order with us, giving us all of your thoughts and desires for the outcome of the furniture. We will create the pieces from the most beautiful woods using ancient processes. You will be able to watch along as the units are created to ensure your approval at every step of the process. Upon completion, 6 to 12 weeks later, we will ship your pieces via ocean freight in highly secure packaging and materials. This will ensure it arrives at your destination safe and sound. After your furniture payment is received, the shipping company loads your good on the ship and it begins it's voyage to you. The world is getting smaller and it will show up at your location shortly afterwards. OK, a few weeks but there is a lot of water out there. At any rate, you will then pay the shipper directly and you can either pick up at their warehouses or make your own local delivery arrangements. Teak wood is an extremely durable hardwood. It requires little care and no preservatives or treatment of any kind to protect it from the elements. Natural wood will gradually weather to a handsome silver gray color if left outdoors. To maintain the color on outdoor furniture you will need to oil the furniture approximately three times each year. wood does not require oiling. For a lower maintenance finish, consider using a high quality wood sealer. Seal will usually last an entire year without needing re-application. It is better to use true wood oil - do NOT use "finish". This is available from a store which would stock boating and marine supplies (wood oil is used extensively on boats). This is a benefit no other furniture manufacture offers. We feel it is important for you to see and even provide direct feedback on your furniture as it is being built. Via our exclusive client log on area, you will be able to see 3-D prototypes of your furniture before manufacturing begins. This is a great time to be sure of measurements and basic look and feel. You will then be given a front row seat as we post images of your items as they progress.
